Pearl Gate Property Maintenance is a full-service property maintenance company that offers all interior and exterior property/building maintenance services for commercial properties across Canada. We have over 12 years of experience dealing with large and small customers such as Walmart, Rona, Lowe’s, Pilot Flying J, Enterprise Car Rental, and many more. We are known for our quick responses and low prices thanks to our low overhead due to a unique company structure.

Over 12 years we’ve developed close relationships with all of our subcontractors which has given us a competitive edge as we work with our subcontractors to keep prices lower than average without jeopardizing quality and service.

All our subcontractors from all disciplines have WCB and are fully insured which in turn gives our clients double insurance coverage as Pearl Gate also offers 5 million in coverage.
